Shipping Policy

Last Updated: August 23, 2026

Thank you for shopping with us. We work with trusted third-party suppliers who ship products directly to our customers.

Processing & Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. After processing, standard shipping generally takes approximately 5–15 business days, depending on the product, supplier, shipping method, and destination.

Estimated total delivery time: 6–18 business days.

Please keep in mind that delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Shipping times may occasionally be longer due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when available. Tracking information may take a few days to become active after shipment.

Shipping Locations

Shipping availability and costs vary by product and destination. Some products may not be available for delivery to certain locations.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order appears to be significantly delayed or the tracking information indicates a delivery issue, please contact us at info@novacorebuy.com so we can help investigate the shipment.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the shipping address.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs processing, duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. Any applicable fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
